What do we do?

Qualifio is a fast growing SaaS company founded in 2011. Our software, Qualifio Engage, is used by over 275 big brands across the world (L’Oréal, RTL, MediaMarkt, Daily Mail, Nestlé, Decathlon etc). They are using our platform to engage, grow and qualify their digital audiences via creative interactive experiences. We are in a very exciting period as we are launching a new and second hyper complimentary product: Qualifio Loyalty, an interaction-based loyalty platform.

About the job

We are looking for a talented profile to join our Customer Strategist Team to support new clients, drive engagement with our data collection and interactive platform and make sure that our biggest customers are successful.

As a Customer Strategist, you will join a European team based in Amsterdam, Paris but also in Louvain-La-Neuve and Madrid. You will be joining the Strategist Squad, in charge of the Key Accounts, under the responsibility of a team-lead based in Paris.

The team is growing and supporting Key Dutch Customers in their digital strategy is one of our top key priorities.

Job requirements


  • Facilitate the successful onboarding of new customers in your portfolio

  • Have a strong understanding of your customer’s business model and advise them on how to achieve their acquisition, engagement and segmentation objectives with Qualifio platform

  • Build a strong relationship with your points of contact to increase Retention & Loyalty

  • Make sure you analyse the global trends of your portfolio to reduce churn


  • Conduct recurring business reviews, analysis & sessions

  • Define customer’s requirements for technical projects, drive adoption and anticipate future needs

  • Make sure Qualifio is a data collection/qualification must-have in the customer ecosystem

  • Identify growth opportunities and achieve up-selling revenue target


  • Help build the CSM methodology for the Gold & Platinium Customers

  • Take part in the ongoing optimization of the CSM process

Job requirements

What we expect from you?

  • 1 to 2 years CSM experience in a SaaS, digital / data marketing environment


  • 1 to 2 years experience in Digital marketing or CRM & Acquisition

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (we are an International company, this is our preferred language for communication)

  • You are highly organized, rigorous & multitasker

  • You are passionate about digital, the consumer journey and Technical news

  • You are resilient, team player and have a trouble shooter mindset

  • You have a great capacity to adapt and are not afraid to join a company where things change quickly

  • Proactive, you don’t hesitate to share your opinion, to bring ideas and to implement them
