About the project

Sales Development Representative is an essential piece of our sales machine. As part of an entrepreneurial team in this rapidly growing business, you will play a major part on our “Road to 2020” plan. On a daily basis, you’ll have the chance to become an expert in generating highly qualified sales opportunities, understanding their needs & moving leads through the pipeline.

You’ll collaborate with your Area Sales Manager(s) who will help you identify, research and target the right companies.

Key Responsibilities & goals

  • With the help of sales, you create an outbound prospecting strategy
  • You identify the relevant contact person(s). You make sure you understand their pains & business goals
  • You reach out per email, phone, social networks. Creativity is key
  • You build a relation and educate your target in engagement & data collection online
  • You qualify the opportunity by explaining how the platform works
  • You organize physical meetings for your Business Developer Managers
  • You have a detailed weekly & monthly target
  • You work with Sales & Marketing to generate creative sales support material like case studies, infographies or landing pages
  • You help developing an highly effective and organized Sales Automation System

Job requirements

What we are looking for

  • 0 to 2 years of work experience with a Bachelor degree
  • The ability to work in a goal-oriented environment
  • Native Spanish with a strong knowledge of business English
  • Result oriented
  • You are not afraid to interact with senior profiles and you are confident in your capabilities
  • Your oral (phone) and written (mail) skills are top of the class: courtesy and communication in a clear and articulate manner
  • You are creative and proactive. You don’t hesitate to propose new methods and implement them
