What do we do?

Qualifio is a fast-growing SaaS company founded in 2011. Our software, Qualifio Engage, is used by more than 275 big brands across the world (L’Oréal, RTL, Media Markt, Daily Mail, Nestlé, Paris Saint Germain, etc). They are using it to engage, grow and qualify their digital audiences via creative interactive experiences. We are in a very exciting period as we are launching a new and second hyper complimentary product: Qualifio Loyalty, an interaction-based loyalty platform.

The job 

The role of the Technical Lead will be supervising the team responsible for the development of our new Loyalty platform. The Technical Lead will analyze the briefings, write progress reports, identify the risks and elaborate a workload planning. He or She will work in close collaboration with the Product Owner, who is representing the bridge between the technical team, focusing on the product development, and the client expressing his need and asking for the progress reports regarding the project.

Here are some challenges you will work on by joining us

  • You'll have the responsibility for setting up the technical requirements and driving the development of a new software platform as a Technical Leader (TL);
  • Surprise the technical team responsible for the development of the new Loyalty platform;
  • Write progress reports, identify the risks and elaborate a workload planning;
  • Designing systems able to sustain thousands of requests per second;
  • Integrating with new partners and clients to make Qualifio a key element in their data value chain;
  • Optimizing the performance of the system and the rendering of web pages;
  • Maintain the high level of security our clients expect us to deliver;
  • Writing, testing and documenting clean code;
  • Creating micro front-end application with React;
  • Reducing our feature time to production.

Job requirements

What we are looking for

Our dev stack includes a lot of JavaScript & TypeScript with React and Node.js for the latest applications but we have some legacy components written in Coldfusion. We use a mix of relational and NoSQL datastore as well as a messaging platform. Docker and Kubernetes is of course a central piece of our full-cloud infrastructure.

Previous experience with these languages and technologies is a plus but not mandatory. If you are able to demonstrate your commitment and skills, we will be happy to meet you!

The perfect candidate must be comfortable working on the full stack across a range of languages and frameworks, be able to get his or her hands dirty and be proud of the produced code.

Skills And Qualifications

The TL will have to meet the following requirements as much as possible:

  • At least 5 years experience in the software industry in a Technical Lead role;
  • Fluent in English. Good knowledge of French is a strong asset;
  • At least 5 years experience in the software industry in a Technical Lead role;
  • Senior Developer, IT Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner or analyst;
  • Skills in software infrastructure and microservices;
  • Knowledge in Martech (marketing technology) or Adtech (advertising technology);
  • IT or Business or Communication background;
  • Notion of accessibility and data privacy compliance (GDPR);
  • Be autonomous;
  • Have good writing skills;
  • Be a Team player.
